Meet the Academy Committee Members
Mr Graham Macaulay: Principal

Mr Alexander Munro: Chair
Alex has been involved in school governance since September 2018 when he joined the governing body at Chandlers Field Primary School. During that time he was a member of the Resources Committee acting as Vice Chair and Chair. He served as Vice Chair of the governing body during which time the board oversaw a successful transition to joining the Leo Academy Trust and an improved Ofsted rating. He has been Interim Chair of the new Academy Committee since September 2025. Alex has been actively involved in school life over many years and is Rector of St Peterʼs Church in which Parish the school is situated. Alex also has experience as a trustee of a number of charities including acting as Chair of trustees.
Mr Daniel Stock: Co-Opted Academy Committee Member
Daniel is a parent governor and has served on the governing board of Chandlers Field School since November 2019.
He is the Safeguarding Governor, focusing on ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Daniel is a proud parent of two children, who both have attended Chandlers Field School. Daniel has a deep personal connection to Chandlers Field, having attended the school himself. He is passionate about education and committed to supporting an inclusive and nurturing environment where all students can thrive.

I have worked in education for over a decade and am passionate about ensuring every child has access to highquality learning. I believe strongly in opportunity for all, regardless of background or starting point. I am particularly committed to strengthening provision for disadvantaged pupils and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities SEND , ensuring support is both inclusive and aspirational. As a governor at Chandlerʼs Field School, I am proud to support the schoolʼs strategic development and its commitment to enabling all pupils to flourish.
